When you’re in a situation where one tire gets damaged and it can’t be repaired, you might ask yourself: can I replace only one tire on my car? The answer is usually no, but in one case it is acceptable to do. You can safely replace only one tire (rather than two or all four at a time) is if all of your tires are relatively new and they have not lost more than 4/32″ of tread depth from when they were new. Most new tires will have a tread depth of about 10/32″ to 12/32″.

Fortunately, if you are buying or selling a vehicle and there is no title, it is still possible to complete the transaction although you will need to follow a few additional steps (including a visit to the DMV.) Please note that this pertains to the DMV process in California, but may be the similar to other states in the US. Generally, you’ll need to complete two DMV forms: Reg 227 & Reg 262.

Unfortunately, the Honda Care extended warranty does not automatically transfer over to the new owner of the vehicle when the vehicle is sold. You must manually submit a request directly to Honda in order to process the transfer of the extended warranty. This must be done within 20 days of the vehicle being sold to a new owner. It also only can be transferred one time, and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners of the vehicle.

I want to offer up our experience as we really didn’t know what to do with our vehicle after it was towed to the Action Towing lot. When it happened to us, I was left trying to find out information directly from the employees at Action Towing, and from vague information I read from online searches. I hope the information in this article helps you if your vehicle gets towed away after an accident and you are left trying to figure out what to do next.

When I was shopping for replacement HID parts, I found cheaper alternatives on Amazon compared to the more expensive and more well-known brands. Normally, I’d be wary of such brands as they usually tend to be of lower quality and can potentially cause more headaches down the road. However, the cost is significantly less with these budget parts, so I wanted to try some of these budget HID lighting options.

The specific issue with the sticky melting dash is that the dashboard literally becomes sticky to the touch and becomes brittle. This is even a problem with the front and rear door panels showing similar symptoms. Both the dashboard and door panels seem to fail in several ways: they can become very glossy-looking, can crack, and/or can break off in pieces. Regardless of what the exact issue is that you’re experiencing, you might be wondering what options you have so that you can address the issue with the dashboard and door panels.

I always do my own oil changes, so I get to save money on labor. But, I’m also able to take pride in doing the work myself, while knowing that it’s going to be done correctly. In addition to saving money for not having to pay for labor, I like to find deals on motor oil and stock up on them. Each manufacturer has their own price points and you may have your preference for brand of motor oil, but I’ll lay out the best deals that I’ve come across this year. I regularly update this post so that you have the latest and greatest deals that can find on motor oil.

If you own a truck and actually intend to use it as a truck, you’ve probably thought about how you’d want to protect the bed of your truck. You might have just bought a new truck and want to protect the paint surface of your bed, or you have an existing bed liner that is worn, or you just simply want a new bed liner. There’s several options out there and it’s important to understand what the pros and cons of these options are, and choosing the best one that fits your needs and your budget.

A mechanics tool set generally consists of the most essential tools you might use. This might be the main arsenal of tools that you might use for wrenching on cars, fixing things around the house, or for working on any other small projects. Some tools that you’ll generally see in these mechanics tool sets are ratchets, sockets, and wrenches. Depending on which tool set you get, you might get more options such as allen wrenches, hex wrenches, and some other bits. Even some kits lean more on the home improvement side and will offer tools such as hammers, adjustable wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers. Typically though, mechanics tool sets do tend to include tools that are used for working on cars and trucks. The fact that you’ll see spark plug sockets included in these sets reinforces the fact that mechanic tool sets are generally meant for the average home mechanic.
