Linsoul Kiwi Ears Spark Open Ear Wireless Earbuds: Amazon
If you’ve been following the site, you’ll probably notice that I’ve been writing a number of reviews on wireless headphones and earbuds. I’ve been trying out a bunch of different brands and models to not just find the best pair for myself to use when I’m working on my cars, but to also share my reviews on these products.

Linsoul recently sent me a pair of these wireless open ear earbuds to test out and write a review on. This pair of wireless earbuds is pretty unique in that it rests on your ear and not in, which is a type of earbud that I’ve never used before.
This is the Linsoul Kiwi Ears Spark Open Ear Wireless Earbuds (what a mouthful!) and it comes in this very unique looking charging/storage case. The case is metallic and durable. It also includes a soft velvety storage bag, as well as a charging cable and manual.

The over ear earbuds have a nice premium feel to them, with a slight rubberized texture. They hang over your ear lobe and sit there right outside of your ear canal. It takes a bit of getting used to as you might be used to having earbuds sitting inside your ear canal.

It honestly feels very strange when you are listening with these earbuds because it’s like the earbuds are hovering right outside your ears and are blasting music like speakers towards your ear canal. When you put them on your ears, it usually requires two hands, one to hold to your ear and the other to bend the hook up to go over your ear.
I’m not sure what the advantage is to using earbuds like these where they sit outside of your ears. One thing I can think of is that it allows you to hear most everything around you in case you need to. The other thing is that because it sits over your ear, it does not fall off, even if you are leaning over or even laying horizontally while working on your car. If you have issues with in-ear earbuds always falling out of your ear, then this is an option as it has hooks that keep it from falling off your ear.

As for the sound, it sounds pretty good. I enjoy listening to music on these and what makes it pleasant to use is that it connects very seamlessly to my devices via Bluetooth. There’s no connectivity issues; it just connects and disconnects whenever it is turned on once it is initially paired to your device.
Most of the time when I want to tune everything out, I opt for earbuds that sit inside of my ear–even better if they are noise-cancelling. If you’re looking for earbuds that will block out everything and everyone out, I wouldn’t go for these as they will allow you to fully hear everything around you. However, if you want the ability to listen to your music or whatever else, while still being able to hear your surrounding environment, this is worth looking into.

To sum up Linsoul’s Kiwi Ears Spark Wireless Earbuds, I would say that they are really well made set of open ear wireless earbuds that also sound great. They have a unique flair to its overall design aesthetic, specifically when you are looking at the earbud design and even its charging/storage case as well. If you are someone who absolutely needs to hear what is around you while listening to earbuds, then these are the ones for you.
